I rang to book an appointment for my 17 yr old daughter re her acne. A dr duly rang her back and advised her he would refer her. My daughter asked if she could discuss birth control. The dr advised that he was only ringing re the referral and if my daughter wanted to discuss birth control she needed to speak with another dr on another appointment. My daughter asked if she could discuss it as it maybe linked to her acne, the dr said no. How disappointing! The dr was neither helpful or friendly towards my daughter, at a time when she is suffering both physically and mentally due to her acne. Not impressed!!

Dr could have been helpful, friendly, understanding, supportive towards my daughter!

I have had enough of trying to book a appointment and being told i heed to go to another branch, I live in rayleigh i would like to go to rayleigh surgery. It's a joke and i have had enough if you can not cope with patient levels stop taking new patients on ,level of service is a joke .

Appalled by the service I have received. Please sent me the official complaints procedure. Dr Navale has failed to act whatsoever in regards to a full-body rash which is of huge concern to me. He lost 3 separate sets of photos and lied about sending photos to a dermatlogist (receptionist confirmed that nothing was sent to a dermatologist). Dr Navale also lied to my face on two separate occasions - said he would call me back and never did. Frankly I am disgusted by the "care" I've received and hugely concerned about my health. Myself and my family remain worried sick about my condition. I will be taking this further.

Dr Lapa is a very rude and unhelpful doctor.

Allow us to have appointments with doctors other than Dr Lapa when we ask for it.

I really was so impressed with Dr Jonathan on Friday. I requested a phone chat, he could not have been more caring he also bless him phoned me back twice,Thank you Dr Jonathan.
